Blueberry jam with cedar nuts

Blueberry fruits are saturated with useful vitamins necessary for vision. A selected kernel of cedar nuts is used for the preparation of this jam. Cedar kernels contain almost a complete set of trace elements necessary for humans, as well as protein, B and E vitamins.
