Fruit and berry vzvar with cherry

Vzvar is a traditional berry drink based on Siberian dried apple, rowan berries and one of the Siberian berries. The drink has medicinal and preventive properties, as it is a treasure trove of useful substances and vitamins. Siberian apple (crab apple) is rich in pectin, magnesium, potassium, and iron. Vzvar perfectly quenches thirst when cold and warms when hot. Since ancient times it was served at Christmas and Shrovetide festivities and was consumed everywhere. Cherries contain a large amount of organic acids, vitamins, macro-and micronutrients, have a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system. Preparation: 2-3 tbsp. of mixture to the volume of 0.5 – 1 liters, pour boiling water and decoct within 20-30 minutes. Add honey or other sweetness to taste.
