Apple flour

Natural 100% flour from apples dried by infrared drying at a low temperature, preserving all the useful substances. Despite the absence of sugar and any sweeteners, the flour has a pronounced sweetness, which can be a sugar substitute in porridge, yoghurt, kefir or in baking.
